Many people have found great food in Thailand, but how many learn the story behind it? Edible Story is an English language series which launched in 2022, in which our founder Dan explores different dishes and their curious backstories. The dishes and the colourful characters making them represent all major regions of Thailand, in a back-alley and rustic kitchen adventure into the heart of old school Thai food.
